I got a bike! It's a 2007 Marin Alpine Trail.

I'm going to get a set of more pavement-friendly tires, but overall I'm pretty happy with it. And I managed to get a pretty severe discount due to some big sale at Sun and Ski. So a $500 bike knocked down to $310, which was more my original price range. Plus an extra $10 off for the helmet. Yay!

I don't care if you don't like my hand being on the rail in front of you to keep myself from being smashed into your back. I also don't like that you kept smashing your elbow into said hand, on purpose, multiple times to try and get me to move.

The rail's there. It's not yours. Sorry my arm was making it difficult to TEXT SOMEONE during a fucking DANCE PARTY.

You made the last twenty minutes of the show suck, and I wish you'd have fallen headfirst off that rail on the patio instead of that guy.

In other news, while we were waiting for Girl Talk to set up, Jully and I were on the smoking patio. We're waiting for Vynsie to come find us, when this kid tries to jump over the railing next to the door.

Only, his foot didn't clear the rail and he fell.

Face first, straight down.

Onto the pavement.

I've never heard someone smash into concrete before. Everyone just watched it happen like it was in slow motion. The poor guy was knocked unconscious with his eyes open.

Then these girls kept trying to move him and all I could think was, don't move his neck, he could have a spinal injury. Please stop moving his head.

So sort of a buzzkill for the evening. Then I had to deal with queen bitch in front of me toward the end of the show.

Most everyone under the age of 25 is welcome to fuck right off as far as I'm concerned.
